Our goal is to help you establish consistent, balanced, meaningful structure in your week. You will learn the necessary skills to help establish a sense of personal effectiveness and develop a wider range of realistic choices among social, vocational, and recreational opportunities. You will develop more self-esteem and confidence as you learn skills in a wide variety of areas: socialization, effective communication, independent living, problem-solving, decision-making, and vocational skills. Your coach will practice these skills with you in real-life settings, continuing the process of personal growth.

Learn to Manage Your Life More Successfully. Discover effective time-management and organization techniques and practice these skills with your coach. Master excellent money-management and budgeting skills. Develop realistic routines to help manage your home, your medication, your calendar – yourself!
Get Job Support. We can help you build and fine-tune your resume and cover letter, as well as help you locate job opportunities. We can lead you to a wide variety of paid or volunteer positions where you can learn and practice valuable job skills while making a real contribution. We can also can also provide instruction in successful techniques to prepare for job interviews.
Establish A Balanced Schedule. Learn to define and expand your interests, paving the way for more meaningful and balanced structure throughout your week. Whether it be exploring new activities, taking the class you’ve been thinking about, or rediscovering old hobbies, we can help connect you to social and recreational opportunities within your community.
Socialize More. Work at building strong connections and relationships with others. If you’re looking to learn to communicate better with your family and friends, or if you’d like to reach out and develop new friendships and relationships, we can help you build and practice effective social and communication skills to help you succeed.
Feel Supported. We can work with your doctors and therapists to provide full support and care coordination. We will help you follow-through with your doctor’s recommended treatment plan, and we'll coach you in techniques to manage your symptoms, including anxiety, stress, boredom, or poor sleep habits.
